Residential building for members of the security forces "SPV Dunav"
W.D. Concord West plays a crucial role as the contractor in the construction of residential complexes in Novi Sad, specifically for the companies SPV "Dunav" and SPV "Tisa". At the Jugovicevo location, a total of 1,972 apartments will be built for the security forces. The project will be executed in two phases. In Phase Ia, three residential buildings with a total of 548 housing units will be constructed. In Phase Ib, nine residential buildings with a total of 1,424 housing units will be built.
