Residential building for members of the security forces "SPV Avala"
In addition to undertaking construction works on the SPV "Dunav" and SPV "Tisa" projects in Novi Sad, W.D. Concord West has also been engaged as the contractor for an identical project in Belgrade. The plan involves the construction of a total of 1,000 residential units for members of the security forces, distributed across two residential blocks comprising a total of 8 buildings. Strategically planned streets will be incorporated to ensure convenient accessibility within the newly established residential complexes, denoted as Block 1 and Block 2.
