D Express

Investor of this project is the D-Exspress express mail service. By this investement the wasteland left at the site of former enterprise Janko Lisjak has been revived for the needs of its bussiness operations. We were  a general contractor. Satisfaction and success were mutual. We have reconstructed the facility of 7500m2 square meters. Administrative and business space of 1884m2 contains 15 formed offices, two conference halls, training classroom for the employed, restaurant and kitchen for the employed and a terrace and warehouse. A complete thermal and sound insulation was made of stone wool allowing the walls to breathe, an advantage compared to other insulation materials promising durability and constant quality for a long time.  The installations have been completely replaced and  21 km of different cables necessary for normal functioning were installed. A complete reconstruction of  plumbing system, dissassembling and assembling new galvanised and PVC pipes was done and new installations made from polypropylene were installed.
