Our Hiring Process
A compelling application should include your CV, a motivational letter, and any relevant documentation (degrees, certificates, licenses, recommendation letters, etc.).
Your CV should have a clear and well-structured format, organized into relevant sections. Pay attention to the length, font, and colors. It is recommended to keep your CV concise, ideally no more than two pages in A4 format, using minimal colors and a clear font to highlight the most important information. Start with personal details, followed by education, relevant work experience, and so on. Chronological order is crucial, with your most recent work experience listed first within each section. If you choose to include a photograph, ensure it is professional.
Motivational letter is not mandatory, but it can distinguish you from other candidates. It should provide insights into your personality, strengths, and what motivated you to apply for a specific position.
Interview Process - If your application stands out, you will be invited for an interview. Besides the interview itself, you may be given various tasks to complete. It's natural to feel nervous, as it shows your commitment! To prepare for the interview, be ready to discuss the details from your CV, your interests, and the direction you envision for your career. Feel free to share what motivates you and ask questions about anything you're interested in regarding the company. The goal of the interview is for us to gain a better understanding of you, and for you to assess us as well.
